While setting up a recurring invoice, I want to be able to edit and customise the email body. These customisations should be saved for future recurring invoices as well.

To further enhance our experience, I'd like to suggest the incorporation of a digital signature functionality for invoices. This feature could enable us to: 1) Send Invoices for Digital Signatures: Streamline the approval process by allowing digital signatures directly on the invoice to collect signatures from client. 2) Real-time Tracking: Gain transparency by tracking the status of the invoice, knowing when it's viewed and signed. 3) Centralized Storage: Maintain a secure, centralized repository of digitally signed invoices for easy retrieval.

I want to schedule emails to be sent automatically from my Refrens CRM based on certain rules. For e.g.: If a new lead created, automatically send them a pre-defined custom email and track whether they've seen the email or not.

Search based on a word will be highly useful to check invoices to avoid duplicate.

Scanning a code through UPI doesn't give option to edit amount. So in case someone is deducting TDS, he can't pay using UPI. Only option for the customer is to mark payment equal to the amount of TDS which is to be approved by me and then he can maybe pay the balance amount through UPI. I think customer should get the option to show TDS deductions as well.

It is really annoying to go through captcha images selection for several times. It is better to remove the images selection and implement two-factor authentication through mobile SMS otp / Authenticator prompt / email otp.

Please provide 2 more automated colums under the total amount for Advance payments and balance due in the invoices.

We receive sales orders for year-long contracts - we don’t fulfill everything at once. If we did partial fulfillment we need to create a partial invoice linked to that sales order and track it
