Ticket Management System and Client Unit or Installation option.

We need ticket management system to add customer complaint and work on it. Lead Pipe line option is not useful.
Required field: Ticket ID, Ticket assigned to, Created date, stage, status, description, priority, Unit (individual customer's unit/item to add), Description, etc.
Also we are not able to add customer's unit that we sold or already available for we provide service. It is very hard to maintain and show for which unit we give quote, invoice, service, complaint.
