As a painting service provider, I utilize Refrens to generate painting estimates for my clients, and there are three essential improvements that I believe should be prioritized:
  1. The absence of Terms and Conditions in the PDF format of the saved estimate is causing a presentation issue with the absence of bullet points, which detracts from its visual appeal. Rectifying this basic formatting issue is crucial.
  2. I encounter difficulty in including multiple bank details during the estimate creation process. We often need to provide both savings and current account information, and manually inputting bank details, QR codes, or UPI details each time is cumbersome.
  3. I have a preference for placing the website and social network links at the end of the estimate. However, the current option to include these details is limited and requires manual input with each new estimate, making it less convenient than desired.
