As a Refrens Lite plan user, I was under the impression that the Lite plan was intended for users who only required features such as billing, pro forma invoice, quotation, and voucher. The lack of voucher feature from the Lite plan is a departure from what I understood it to be when I signed up, and I am concerned by its absence.
