Please introduce a feature where technical specifications or checklist items can be added at the Reference level. Once added, these should automatically reflect in all Quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI) created under the same reference.

This will avoid repetitive manual entry for each quotation or PI and ensure uniformity across documents.
